  • Yes absolutely! There are classes aimed at all levels, and for beginners we have a 4-week programme designed specifically to guide you through all basics. This is also included in your monthly subscription

  • We have many classes that are bodyweight only, and for those you don’t need any extra equipment. The huge majority of classes, however, do require some form of resistance (weights/bands). Since adding load is so important, we would highly encourage investing in a set of weights for your home gym. If you have limited equipment, you can filter through the classes. Here is a comprehensive list of all equipment needed to take every class on the platform:

  • Yes, yes and yes! We have a dedicated 6-week programme to guide you back to exercise post-baby. Once you’ve had your 6/8-week check, you’re good to go!

  • Yes we do have a pregnancy category on the platform and will be adding many more in the coming months.

  • No strings attached, you can cancel your subscription at any time!
