THE MOVEMENT METHOD

    We will use bodyweight, dumbbells and bands to create resistance and increase muscle mass and strength.

  • PILATES

    Strength work is fused with fundamental pilates principles, concentrating on the deep core muscles, correcting postural issues and improving body awareness, flexibility and balance.

    We work on syncing our breath with every single movement, to better our core control and deepen the connection with our bodies.
